From a simple demo of features to crafting your favorite meal, the Academy offers three different class options, all executed by our in-house chef or expert staff.

In the Demo "Class" you will spend the time with our in-house chef discovering the major features and benefits of your appliance as well as practical uses.
Full Meal ClassTake our Full Meal "Class" and work alongside our in-house chef to prepare your favourite meal. Find out the best settings and techniques to use with your new appliance while creating a master piece.
Explore ClassThe Explore "Class" is perfect when you have a few modes or features you are unsure about. Select up to 3 modes or features and have our in-house chef share various dishes and sides to create. Learn what and how to cook, bake, proof or dehydrate with your new appliance.

When visiting Jerome's Appliance Academy we recommend allowing 1.5-3 hours for the experience.
Do I need to bring food?No, our team has the food covered, once your "class" has been selected and food items decided our team will ensure everything is ready and waiting.
What is the cost?There is no cost for our valued customers to attend Jerome's Appliance Academy. When do the classes run?
When do the classes run?Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 3pm (inquire for available times outside this window).
